3. FINANCIAL EDUCATION — NOT INDIVIDUALIZED PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement with an appropriately licensed or qualified professional, the Services are intended solely for general financial education and informational purposes.
TLAB does not, merely by providing the Services, provide individualized:
Investment advice;

Financial-planning advice;

Legal advice;
Accounting advice;
Estate-planning advice;
Retirement-planning advice;
Fiduciary advice;

Information presented through the Services should not be interpreted as a recommendation that any particular financial product, insurance policy, investment, retirement account, trust, business structure, tax strategy, nonprofit structure, or other strategy is appropriate or suitable for you.
Your individual circumstances may materially affect the suitability, legality, cost, taxation, risk, and potential outcome of any strategy.
You are solely responsible for determining whether any strategy, product, service, or financial decision is appropriate for you.
4. NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP
Your use of the Website or participation in a TLAB seminar, course, workshop, program, or other Service does not create an:
Attorney-client relationship;
Accountant-client relationship;
Financial-advisor-client relationship;
Investment-adviser-client relationship;
Insurance-agent-client relationship;
Fiduciary relationship;
Trustee-beneficiary relationship;
Tax-advisor-client relationship;
Broker-client relationship; or
Other professional or advisory relationship,
unless such a relationship is separately established in writing with an appropriately licensed or qualified professional.
5. FINANCIAL PRODUCTS AND STRATEGIES
TLAB may discuss or provide educational information concerning financial products, insurance products, investment concepts, retirement accounts, trusts, business structures, tax concepts, and other financial strategies.
The discussion of any product, strategy, company, financial institution, insurance carrier, account, service, or structure does not necessarily constitute:
An offer;
A solicitation;
An endorsement;
A recommendation;
A suitability determination;
A guarantee;
A representation of future performance; or
An invitation to purchase or enter into any transaction.
Financial products and strategies may involve significant risks, fees, expenses, commissions, surrender charges, taxes, contractual limitations, liquidity restrictions, market risk, interest-rate risk, inflation risk, credit risk, opportunity costs, and the potential loss of money or benefits.
You should review applicable contracts, prospectuses, policy documents, account agreements, disclosures, and other governing documents before making financial decisions.
6. INDEXED UNIVERSAL LIFE (“IUL”)
TLAB may provide educational information concerning Indexed Universal Life insurance.
IUL is a form of life insurance and is not the same as directly investing in a stock-market index.
IUL policies may contain complex provisions relating to:
Premiums;
Cost of insurance;
Administrative charges;
Cash value;
Death benefits;
Indexing methods;
Participation rates;
Caps;
Floors;
Spreads;
Guaranteed values;
Policy loans;
Withdrawals;
Surrender charges;
Lapse provisions; and
Other contractual provisions.
Illustrations are not guarantees of future performance. Historical index performance does not guarantee future results.
Policy loans and withdrawals may reduce cash value and/or death benefits and may have other consequences. Failure to properly fund or maintain a policy may result in reduced benefits or policy lapse.
The suitability and performance of any IUL policy depend on numerous factors, including policy design, premium funding, insurance costs, carrier terms, crediting methodology, loan activity, interest rates, fees, and individual circumstances.
TLAB does not guarantee that any IUL policy or strategy will produce a particular result.
7. INFINITE BANKING CONCEPTS (“IBC”)
TLAB may provide educational information concerning the Infinite Banking Concept (“IBC”) and related cash-flow and cash-value life insurance concepts.
IBC is not a bank account, checking account, savings account, or federally insured deposit account.
IBC strategies may involve properly structured cash-value life insurance and the use of policy loans or other mechanisms.
Policy loans may accrue interest and may affect policy values, death benefits, costs, and long-term performance.
Results can vary substantially depending upon policy design, funding, expenses, carrier provisions, loan activity, interest rates, crediting performance, and other factors.
TLAB does not guarantee that any individual will achieve financial independence, wealth accumulation, cash-flow improvement, or any other result through IBC or any related strategy.
8. ROTH IRAs AND RETIREMENT ACCOUNTS
TLAB may provide general educational information concerning:
Roth IRAs;
Traditional IRAs;
Employer-sponsored retirement plans;
Rollovers;
Roth conversions;
Contributions;
Distributions;
Taxation;
Penalties; and
Retirement-planning concepts.
Eligibility requirements, contribution limits, taxation, distribution rules, penalties, and other requirements may vary based on applicable law and individual circumstances.
Tax and retirement rules may change.
Nothing in the Services constitutes individualized retirement, investment, or tax advice.
9. TRUSTS AND ESTATE-PLANNING CONCEPTS
TLAB may discuss trusts, estate planning, asset protection, legacy planning, and related subjects for educational purposes.
TLAB does not provide legal advice merely by discussing these subjects.
Trust and estate laws vary substantially by jurisdiction and individual circumstances.
You should not create, modify, transfer assets to, fund, or terminate a trust or other legal structure based solely upon general educational information.
You should consult an appropriately qualified attorney and other professional advisors before implementing any estate-planning or asset-protection strategy.
10. SECTION 508(c)(1)(A)
TLAB may provide educational information concerning Section 508(c)(1)(A) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code and related nonprofit, religious, organizational, or tax concepts.
Nothing provided by TLAB constitutes a determination that any particular organization:
Qualifies under Section 508(c)(1)(A);
Is tax-exempt;
Is a religious organization;
Is a nonprofit organization;
Is exempt from federal, state, local, or foreign taxes;
Is exempt from registration or reporting requirements; or
Is otherwise entitled to any particular legal or tax treatment.
Specific facts, organizational structures, activities, jurisdictional requirements, and applicable law determine the treatment of any organization.
Professional legal and tax advice should be obtained before establishing or operating an organization under any tax-exempt or nonprofit structure.
11. TAX INFORMATION
Any tax-related information provided through the Services is for general educational purposes only.
Tax laws and regulations are complex and may change.
Tax treatment may vary depending upon your jurisdiction, income, assets, transactions, organizational structure, residency, citizenship, and other circumstances.
TLAB does not provide individualized tax advice or guarantee any particular tax result.
You should consult an appropriately qualified tax professional regarding your individual circumstances.
12. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
TLAB does not guarantee any particular:
Financial result;

Wealth-building result;
Cash-flow result;
Debt-reduction result;
Financial-independence result; or
Other outcome.
Any examples, projections, illustrations, calculations, historical information, hypothetical scenarios, testimonials, case studies, or statements regarding potential outcomes are provided for educational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
Individual results vary.
13. HYPOTHETICAL EXAMPLES AND ILLUSTRATIONS
The Services may contain hypothetical examples involving assumptions concerning:
Income;
Expenses;
Contributions;
Withdrawals;
Interest rates;
Index performance;
Investment returns;
Insurance performance;
Taxes;
Inflation;
Time periods;
Fees;
Premiums; or
Other financial variables.
Actual results may differ materially from hypothetical examples.
Hypothetical examples should not be interpreted as predictions, promises, guarantees, or representations of future results.
14. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND PROFESSIONALS
TLAB may reference, discuss, recommend that you research, or provide access to third-party companies, professionals, products, services, financial institutions, insurance carriers, attorneys, accountants, advisors, educators, or other organizations.

Where disclosure of such relationships is required by applicable law, TLAB intends to provide appropriate disclosure.
The existence of a business relationship, referral arrangement, compensation arrangement, or other relationship does not mean that a particular product, service, strategy, or professional is suitable for you.
16. ADVERTISING, TESTIMONIALS, ENDORSEMENTS, AND RESULTS
TLAB may use or display testimonials, reviews, case studies, interviews, social-media posts, photographs, videos, presentations, statements, or other representations concerning the experiences of individuals.
Such statements reflect the experiences or opinions of the individuals making them and may not be representative of the experience of other customers or participants.
Testimonials and individual experiences are not guarantees of future results.
TLAB does not represent that any individual will achieve the same or similar results as another person.
TLAB intends to use truthful and non-misleading advertising and to provide disclosures concerning material relationships where required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms authorizes TLAB or any representative to make an objective claim without an appropriate factual basis or required substantiation.

If TLAB cancels an event or program and does not provide a reasonable substitute, TLAB may, at its discretion, provide an alternative date, transfer of registration, credit, or another reasonable remedy.
Nothing in this Section is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, chargeback, statutory, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
No representation concerning potential financial, business, investment, insurance, tax, retirement, wealth-building, or other outcomes creates a right to a refund or reimbursement.
19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All names, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, graphics, presentations, videos, audio, courses, curriculum, worksheets, manuals, training materials, frameworks, software, Website design, and other proprietary content made available through the Services are owned, licensed, or otherwise lawfully used by TLAB, Indefinite Resources LLC, or their respective licensors.
